Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your AuraWallet account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app:

1. Open AuraWallet and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our active database.

If you want to erase your financial data but keep your account, AuraWallet also offers a data-only reset:

1. Open AuraWallet → Settings → Account → Delete data.
2. Confirm.

All wallets, transactions, categories, recurring payments, and investment holdings are erased. Your account remains active.

Deleting your account permanently removes everything linked to it, including:

• Profile (name, email, language, country, primary currency)
• Wallets and account balances
• Transactions, categories, and recurring payments
• Investment holdings and portfolios
• Subscription records
• Push notification tokens

Your data is removed from our active systems immediately upon deletion. Encrypted backups are retained for up to 30 days for disaster-recovery purposes and are then permanently purged. We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example, tax or anti-fraud obligations).
